At a glance
| Clause | What it says |
|---|---|
| Art. 1, 16 | The operator is called only “the company operating the Snow service”; no company name, country of registration or licence number |
| Art. 2 | 19 or older, and of legal age where you live. Not available where online casinos are illegal; hiding your location with a VPN means suspension |
| Art. 4 | ID checks on first bank use, when deposits and withdrawals reach about USD 2,000 in total, or on unusual activity |
| Art. 5 | Deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal |
| Art. 6 | Target times: crypto within 1 hour, bank within 1 business day. No company fee; crypto network fees are yours |
| Art. 10 | Lower a limit and it applies at once; raise or remove it and it waits 24 hours. Breaks of 1, 7, 30 or 90 days; self-exclusion for 6 months, 1 year, 5 years or for good |
| Art. 16 | Complaints through 1:1 enquiry within 6 months; the company replies within 14 days |
Who runs it (Art. 1, 16)
The terms only ever refer to “the company operating the Snow service”. The company’s name, the country it is registered in and any gambling licence number appear nowhere. From the terms alone, you cannot tell which authority in which country you could turn to if something went wrong.
That is the biggest risk to understand before signing up. In a dispute, the only channel the terms offer is the 1:1 enquiry inside the site.
Who may use it (Art. 2)
- Age. 19 or older, or the higher age set by the country you live in.
- Location. Not available where online casinos are illegal or in countries and regions the company blocks.
- VPNs. Using a VPN or similar to disguise your location leads to suspension.
In Korea, Article 246 of the Criminal Act punishes gambling, and overseas sites are no exception: a fine of up to KRW 10 million (momentary amusement excepted), or up to three years in prison or a KRW 20 million fine for habitual gambling. Korea should be read as one of the places Article 2 calls “illegal”.
When ID checks start (Art. 4)
Sign-up asks for no ID, but the terms say a KYC check is requested in three cases:
- the first time you use bank deposits or withdrawals
- when your deposits and withdrawals reach about USD 2,000 in total
- when there is activity out of the ordinary
Assume a withdrawal may wait until the check is done. Before uploading any ID photo, check once more that the address bar reads snsn1.com. Documents like these are exactly what look-alike domains are after.
Deposits and withdrawals (Art. 5, 6)
- Wager the deposit once. You must bet at least the amount you deposited before you can withdraw. The terms cite anti-money-laundering rules. Changing your mind right after a deposit does not get the money straight back.
- Processing time. Within 1 hour for crypto and 1 business day for bank transfers is a target, not a promise.
- Fees. The company charges no withdrawal fee, but you pay the network fee on crypto withdrawals.
- After a new password. Not a clause, but the screen says that setting a new password through “Forgot password?” holds withdrawals for 24 hours. See account security.
Limits, breaks and self-exclusion (Art. 10)
This is the clause most on the player’s side. It offers three ways to stop yourself.
| Tool | Options | When it applies |
|---|---|---|
| Deposit, wager and loss limits | Any amount you set | Lowering: at once. Raising or removing: after 24 hours |
| Break | 1, 7, 30 or 90 days | Deposits, games and bonuses blocked; withdrawals only; cannot be shortened or ended |
| Self-exclusion | 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, permanent | Immediate and cannot be cancelled; permanent is irreversible |
The 24-hour wait applies only to loosening a limit, which looks designed to stop limits being lifted on impulse. Setting them low from the start is the better move.
Making a complaint (Art. 16)
Complaints go through the 1:1 enquiry within six months of the event, and the company says it will reply within 14 days. No outside dispute body or licensing authority is named. Keep the date, time, amount and a screenshot when you write in.
What the terms leave out
- The operating company’s name, country of registration and licence number
- Bonus terms: marked “coming soon” when we checked, so the conditions of the lobby’s ₩100,000 bonus banner can’t be read anywhere
- Real withdrawal times: the hours in the terms are targets
Terms can change without notice. If the version under the sign-up form no longer reads 2026-10-18.4, this summary is out of date too.
